My website at http://free.hostdepartment.com/R/RorguyComics/ won't let others see it. they all say that some bar that I get at the bottom from the site host covers the whole page (or something) But I can use it! help?

I can only see Penguino's base, and also the banner if I enable advertising, but I can't see the home button, MYIE2 here, it uses the IE core, so it's pretty much the same display-wise...
