i have problem running this game under Win XP - it starts normally, but responds with delay of about 10 secs to any input (mouse movement or keys). running mode for .exe is Win'95. generally it works, but playing is impossible. any ideas?

Patch to latest version. Try 98 compatibility mode.
If all fails, install another hard disk and setup Windows 98 on it.
