Yeah, I know. It's when you have a switch that doesn't automatically turns itself off The motherboard only needs a quick spark between the two pins the switch is connected to. Another spark'll make it turn the comp off. If you keep the switch on, it'll keep giving these sparks, thus switching it off after a few seconds.
