I'm on GMT in the winter, -1 in the summer. I'm often up late, studying. Sunday night / Monday morning I slept for 2 hours or so, was studying for my Icelandic/nordic final exam.
And sometimes I'm up late if I have nothing better to do, if there's no school or work the day after. |

Seems like a really interesting work at the hotel. :bleh: Just kidding. Sleep is highly overrated (but I still practice for my personal record - 72 hours of uninterupted sleep). |

I once slept for 16 hours or so but that was after not sleeping for 72 hours. Normally I have to get by on 6 hours sleep.

I always said you're my HERO.
So far my record is 49 hours - but that's not nearly long enough (I worked two different jobs and studied for an exam - a whole week with about 2 hours sleep a day). Then on Friday I just dropped in bed and started sleeping. I awoke late in the afternoon on Saturday - went to toilet and back to bed. Next time I went to toilet I was surprised it's still day (it was noon on Sunday), but didn't bother too much - because I went back to sleep. When I woke up Sunday evening I was so confused I needed two hours just to realize what has actually happened. |

I've never actually found myself in a situation where I needed to stay awake for that long, I've stayed up pretty late to do coursework etc for school but I get sleep every night.
