Picture taken w/o the flash on the camera. This causes the camera to expose longer, to get more light to the photocells, since i assume it's taken with a digital camera with everything but the flash set to Automatic.
At this exposure-time, even tiny movements (read: holding the camera) will cause this to happen to the picture.

Sollution: Menualy set the exposure time to a low one, and get better lights in the room OR use the flash OR place the camera on a DEAD object (Tripod, table, your grandmother) and use the timer-function to delay the picture so you pushing the button and releasing it won't create a minor earthquake inside the camera.

Damn.. is it realy THAT hard to figure out WHY this happend?
To be honest, if you can't see why this happend, you should by law, not be allowed to own a camera.

I'd call that a drug effect. More precisely, an overdose. :bleh:

it doesn't look like a "normal" tooo long exposure but as "too-long-exposure-and-thinking-the-shot-is-done-and-then-lowering-the-cam-again-to-see-the-result-EFFECT" ... well Tital got it quite right ...
