It's quite an old Windows programme (we had it on our windows 3.1 machine as I recall) so it probably won't work with Windows 8.

I recommend our Windows 3.1 install in dosbox, or use a Virtual Machine with windows 3.1 installed.

I believe, all Win16 can be played even on Win8 and Win10... providing that you use 32-bit OS. But not x64.

And yes, I successfully run a lot of 16-bit games on my old WinXP. (Main problem usually is speed, but such games are rare).

Wish I could remember what we used to have on the old 486. Mostly Dos games, I remember we had Aladdin and Titus the Fox. Chip's Challenge was fun until we got to the pentagram level and went ewww.
