Yes, I do have manuals, ads, and all that other stuff with the game. Right now I just got done scanning the box, keyboard reference card, case cover, and CD. One thing to note is that the CD has redbook audio tracks, (They were not used in-game.) so that's why you see a track listing on it.

It's customary for us to record intros, outros and gameplay separately, but I wouldn't say it's mandatory.

At any rate you never need to re-record anything! Before uploading videos we can split or clip them (with no quality loss).

If the CD has audio tracks you should make the image in CUE/BIN format, because ISO will completely lose that.

On the other hand, if an image is under 300 MB we can host it directly instead of in the ISO Cellar. And we can also host the music separately ripped as MP3 or something.
