Resident Evil had a good scare factor at some parts
Alien Trilogy when you were around facehuggers (hear them clipping around on the floor but not see them) And that's about it... love dungeons  |

Silent Hill all the way.
It's like the only series where I never actually finished a game I started, because it's freaking me off so much. Besides that only a few games actually really scare me. F.E.A.R. does a pretty good job too  |

i agree...silent hill 2 in particular coz that was the first one i played...i freaked out at the first monster i saw...and then i couldnt play it at night coz i thought i heard weird creaking noises in my cupboard
