And no, absolutely no game at all deserves to be treated so bad as to have to be played with an N64 controller :bleh:
I loved the N64 controller, it was light and comfortable - not like the crappy playstations ones that dig into the pads of your thumbs after about 10 minutes. yuck! Although even they are better than the one on the Xbox - whose stupid idea was that ugly beast? is it designed for some sort of mutant?

Who knows about the xbox controller, the first design was terrible, the second was a little more improved but yeah I agree the N64 was one of my favourites, it just seemed very natural for me for every game I played.

OT: anyone else find Mario Kart: Double Dash a HUGE disappointment? They took the good bit of MK64 (the multiplayer battles) and made it worse - equally few maps and they're all pants - while making the racing only a bit better. Grrr.

Still, TimeSplitters 3 next week :Brain:

OnT: I'm a mouse-and-keyboard guy really - can't cope with console controllers for most FPSs. except metroid prime, I can manage that for some reason.

I like PS2 controller, and I bought logitech ps2-like game pad for pc. I also have pair of wingmans game pads. (simillar to Genesis game pad)

Another game pad that I like a lot is DreamCast's pad. N64 game pad is worst game pad I've used.
