Ok...
There are at least two flaws in the story. 1. You do not die instantly from a heart-attack. 2. In the old days, when the guilotine was used, women was not allowed in the church. But since this is a braingame, these can't be the answers he is looking for.

Now, my try: he is a farmer, but a farmer cannot be excuted at guilotine, at the time that was usual (17th century i think, ) they excuted the noble ones and/or the rich ones, but a simple farmer is not a person to be excuted at guilotine as no one cared about him.
