Man on the title screen is Mikhail Gorbachiov - the last leader of USSR. Perestroika - it's "rebuilding" in Russian lang.
"Perestroika" is name of his economics reform.

Well, actually the game has nothing to do with the Sound Blaster. It uses your PC Speaker to do these sounds.

I still play this game on my old 286m which is still working, but not in the best shape, but it can play the sound effects, and also that song in the title screen (Where Gorbachiov's face is). The russians sure knew how to use the PC Speaker perfectly. :laugh:

However, if you have those old .wav files, put it up. Everything's worth that is more than nothing.
