I think Lechuck is the big winner here, and I can only agree with that
 Furthermore I liked the archvile of Doom 2 a lot (it really scared the hell out of me the first time he blew me away), as well as that skeleton thingy with the rockets on his shoulders.. but these are more monsters, not really villains
