And how exactly does the game being for sale prevent you from playing it, hmm? Abandonware isn't about getting games for free. This has been discussed quite a few times elsewhere on the forum.

Yes I know.Just have mental block from buying things throught internet :crazy:
However you can find things like Best Oldies,25 best strategies from 1990 to 1995
etc... in shops quite often and I buy them all k: .Just dont like to do it via internet

Cd Access sells alot of things that're abandonware, that's why I find that people are just trying to argue with me when they bring it up as proof of supposed "illegality" :blink:. Blood and Magic is down the drain so who cares.

Abadonware is illegal per se, why would someone want to bring proof anyways?

This site has it's own set of rules like any other sites. If the main head of this site say no then it's no. That's not really something we can work around.

Because some people believe it's legal, there's still a thing as warez, which is generally presenting games for free, while the publisher/developer still recieves benefits/money from it.

So in a way Abandonware is the legal way of illegaly download games.
