Does anyone have resources that I can read about how to use the linux shell? I think Bash is what its called. I borrowed knoppix from a friend (to lazy to dl it) and tried to run some commands in bash. LOL All I know is the dir command and thats from MS-DOS!!

i got a real book and i never used it. its much easier to use an document on your computer, if youre at the computer!
id send it to you but its out of date and would be expensive to send to canada

Read this excellent getting started with Linux document form Linux.org. From lesson three on, it deals with working with bash!
