Default Forsaken

Descent-like action game. Publisher (Acclaim) and developer (Probe Entertainment) weren't ESA members. Sold only at Amazon Marketplace.

Is it abandonware?

Not if the seller is not a first party or a reputable shop, I'll have a look into this game at a later point.

Thumbs down

I have the physical CD for this, in the case and all. I can put up scans, but the .iso is still protected by Acclaim. While you might be able to sneak by to put this up, you'd receive a c&d shortly after.

Bonanza is a type of Marketplace and Ebay. It doesn't count. You can easily identify these kind of links when they have only one copy in stock. That's just a guy like you and me who sells his own copy.

How can an entity which no longer exists send a C&D to us? Acclaim aren't protected under the ESA agreement.

Too right. I suppose my mind is stuck in 2002.
I'll dig out the disk!

Edit: That was fast. It's right on my shelf!
Image: cd+cover, not for boxshots though
Iso is 180mb+ some mp3's of the other tracks, so someone will have to host it.

Here we go, may I recommend that you compile the ISO into multiple RAR partitions and prepare to post it in here once this game has been fully checked over?

I'll add it to my list. I'll install/review, scan, and post everything for this once I get TIECD done.
