By the way, I am pretty sure MDS/MDF is OK since I always used Alcohol 120% to create any image file from b-games and they always worked fine.

you should also add Format and Size for every Url just like Ermuli always do. Once you do that i add it all in first Post.

I downloaded 70MB ISO, chose to install all to hdd then copy-paste to CDrive in dosbox folder and everything is there, music, videos, etc. The best solution in my opinion. I also installed the patch found under "Dox.rar" in NRG link.
