well except from "abandonians" as in people from abandonia there really is no connection with the site. no graphics, not other symbols nothing.
AFAIK if you do not want to copy the TM you need to have at least 2 letters different in the name and also different style and logo. The name part is not really well made. Might be good to change it. How about "abandonded chatbox". they are both common terms and as such can not be considered as TM or mistaken for such. and we will all know what it is about and on the other hand you will not make anyone feel uncomfotable with it.
