He's the one that caused us to place member name restrictions in the SB, before you'd just put your name and then your message, now it uses your username no matter what.

He was impersonating me (badly) in the shoutbox, and making posts that everyone knew I'd never make in a million years.

EDIT: Anyone who places "Cape Town, highest murder rate in the world!" next to their location deserves to be banned anyway, I don't think anyone who wears that in pride deserves to be a South African citizen.

Because rather than politely apply for an unbanning, he has created new account to get around it - not the first time, either.

Letting him back in has to be either by the decision of the admin who banned him in the first place (not currently possible), or agreed upon by several others.
Personally, I wouldn't mind letting him back in provided he agrees to certain conditions.
