I think he just decided that would make a neat Troll shot (and it can easily be added to).

Also, could I make something up completely or does it need to be related to Warcraft 3 in some way?

Well, I have no idea of what Wacraft 3 is able to do graphically wise. I wanted to make a peacefull cat-like race who live in trees and such. Can I do that?

No cat models, but it is possible to imagine that.

Name: Mrrewanda Blackpaw (female)
Class: Druidess Supreme

Race: Mrem

Description: I could write a lenghty race description here, but instead I prefer to refer to a better piece of litterature I used to read a lot when I was playing MUD's some years ago. You can see it here (Gameplay -> The races -> The Mrem).

In addition to what is written there, Mrems tend to be quite weak creatures in comparison to other races (such as Trolls obviously ) and do not excell in warfare in general. They prefer hit and run tactics a la guerillera when they need to defend their home, and are not prone to attack other races or village without a reason.

Unless provocated, the Mrems are a very peacefull race centered mainly around pleasure and luxury. As long as the basic necessities and the work needed by their social class are covered, Mrems rarely manage to summon any kind of will to undertake a major project of any sort and can be usually been seen either relaxing, taking a nap in the sun or playing games together. Which could also be the reason why their existance is mainly hidden from the rest of the world, as they never really needed to get outside the great forests of Kythandria.

Surviving essentially from foraging and hunting in the woods, the Mrem shy from big open spaces and prefer to build their houses high in the trees, safe from the majority of danger and predator which could bother their pacefull lives. Their link with nature (and their Godess, Azhure) is so strong that they are rarely seen whithin above a day walk of any kind of trees and can become quite suspiscious of their surrounding area when it happen, sometimes bordering close to paranoia. Because of this, all Mrems learn very young how to hide and travel silently and efficiently inside a forest, and thus are excellent forest scouts. They however, on the other side of the balance, feel completely lost in big open spaces and their fur can be seen miles away if there is nothing to hide them somehow.

Ruled by a Matriarchal society (ruled by women), men of the Mrem people all end up either soldier, hunter or craftman while the women end up either as a nurse, city (or town or village) councelor or Druidess of the Order of the Blackpaw, as the last group being the true ruling group of the whole society. Those 6 groups are all listed in order of importance, meaning a nurse is considered more important than a craftman even tough it's the lowest of the women class.

The [Soldiers] are either unskilled hunters which could not make the cut or physically gifted boys recruited at a young age to be trained as the main line of defense of the whole nation. They are mainly lightly armored footmen even tough some elite members specialise in other areas such as archery or cavalry, mounting strange "black and white" line covered horses. Used as city, town and village guards in time of peace, their only goal in life is to train as much as possible to be able to, someday, defend their home, wife and children. Seen as mostly unneeded and a toll to the rest of the society by the other classes, truth be told that they are still absolutly necessary to the Mrem race even in time of peace. Most of them even find pride in serving their country as the Soldier is the only man class which can fix their own rules and do as they wish... As long as it fits the female leaders.

The [Hunters] are by far the most important food producer of the whole society. Hardly even introduced to the ways of cultivating the lands, the Hunters need to rely on their foraging and hunting skills to gather the subsistance of the whole nation. Truth be told, the forests of Kythandria are so rich in game and wild fruits, there is no real need for those Hunters to be enormously skilled to manage this task. As they are rarely seen stockpilling, some Hunters are enrolled and included in army divisions when it is moving so the army can still eat to their will even away from the cities. When battle occur, they serve as the first archer division.

The [Craftmen] are the most important male persons of the whole society. Blacksmith, carpenter, tanner... Name it. Since this kind of hard work is hard to fulfill fully without overwhelming the relaxation and playing time of the Craftmen (by Mrems standards :P), they are usually well treated and rather respected by all the other classes without exception.

The [Nurses] are females dedicated to educating and taking care overall of the children. Most like some kind of primitive school and/or kindergarten, the children of every family are sent to dedicated and trusted female watchers to learn the ways of the Mrems as soon as he/she get to the age of reason. The Nurses get about the same treatment and respect than Craftmen for their work, but are still slightly higher ranked in society due to being female.

The [Councellors] are elite females form the councils in every cities/town/village. In charge of about everything, nothing important can happen without them deciding it first. Most of then learn druidic magic in their free time in hope of replacing the High Druidess of their council.

The [Druidess of the Order of the Blackpaw] are the top representative of each city/town/village and decide of the overall general direction the whole race must take in order to continue thriving in harmony in the forests of Kythandria. Every once in a few years, a secret magic contest take place along the order and the most proeficient Druidess is nominated Druidess Supreme and judge of the Council of the Order of the Blackpaw. Even tough the way to achieve this is still ominous to most of the Druidess of the order, the Druidess Supreme can then be seen both paws colored black from fingers to elbow and toes to knee while the last contender of the title return to normal, all thi by the next council meeting. Thus the reason of the name of the "Order of the Blackpaw". Rumors go wildly around this detail, tough most simply concede this "miracle" to Azhure, their Godess (centered around nature) that they faithfully pray.

Last point worthy of interest is the elite guards of the Druidess of the Order, called the "Rangers". Elite men Soldiers nit-picked by the Druidess themselves, they are trained both in weapon handling and magical casting, which is a deadly pair when used in the right circumstances. Especially when backed up by the white magic of one of the Druidess herself.

Look: go at the link above and take the image as a general idea, only that she is female instead of male.

Skills: Heavilly trained in the art of white magic, mostly related to earth magic or druidic magic. Don't know what you'll want to make of this, but a kind of "priest" would fit. Also skilled in general administration per her class tittle obligation.

War Stance: Peacefull and expentionist.

Territory: I'd take the first one to the top left if you don't mind. I can't read what is written there tough I'd want it to be named Kythandria.

Cabal: I don't really understand what you mean by that. Is it already covered by my description of the Order of the Blackpaw? Need more input on this.

Is that enough for one go? You guys can't even guess the amount of time I pressed on the "preview" button.

Edit: not nearly enough it seems...
