I'm an average amateur fighter pilot myself wondering about joining a noob squadron for some fun multiplaying, and I'm wondering if anyone else wanna join in too or if there's already a squadron that doesn't take itself too seriously, but allow for not-quite-at-ace-level pilots to join in. Also, I'm wondering what it takes to start and set up such a squadron. Btw, I'm also an internet-, multiplayer-, and server know-nothing.
