The executable is not in the directory, then. What does DIR return?

Three image files.
No .exe at all. I downloaded it from here, and just unpacked it. |

[edit] Just saw the two posts on this page. See next post to find your files. :amused: [/edit]
1) You have to turn ems memory emulation off. either static (one time action, but you might have to change it back in order to play other games): or dynamic (in every new DOSBox session, but "no" problems with other games):2) In DOSBox: >mount c [ultima directory]No installation needed!

No, I'm not. :P
But I figured it out long before now, after realizing the file didn't have an .exe in it at all. Now I'm hung up on trying to get DOSbox to start up at the start of DOSbox. When I put in "C:/NC/NC.exe" it doesn't tell me it's an illegal command, but it also doesn't do anything beyond that. It just goes to a new line. |

What directory have you mounted as your C drive?
Is it the same directory you had mounted as C when installing Norton Commander? Remember the zipped installer from Abandonia still has to be - quite obviously - installed (explained in the Beginner's Guide, BTW). It doesn't run out-of-the box.
