RAR, 7Z, anything will work unless it isn't ZIP, since the code is only designed to handle ZIPs.

Or use the mail your ISP provided.. i have NO limit on the size of incomming mail that the ISP stores until i get it. Had no problem reciving a full DVD-rip (3,1 GB) last month.. took an hour or so to get but what the heck...

If you use a e-mail client *hint thunderbird* you can send execs. It actually virus scans them.
