I'm against places that sell CDs with games on them.

I think that you should be able to get it for free, or pay the actual publisher. Otherwise it's just stealing.

But hey, what do I know!

Erm, if the games are out of print and the developer/publisher aren't retailing them anymore, wouldn't it not matter at all even if some obscure site like CD Access was selling them? It doesn't make any real sense, and it doesn't seem like it should be the way it is either. There are tons of sites where people sell second hand copies and the like but the place itself behaves like a retailer that sells the games straight off as new (even if they don't say so).

It wouldn't make any difference in this case really.

If the obscure site would sell first hand copies, it would matter because we don't want to harm the official sales.

And otherwise it would matter even more because Abandonia is protecting its supposed rights presuming it's legit, by means of refraining from hosting downloads, and Ab's even linking the site and thus publicizing it. Abandonia would be beating its own purpose so that a scammer could steal more.

But again I repeat that I'm not saying innocent or guilty, I just don't know.

They have an online report form on their site.

I think we seriously have reasons to doubt the credibility of CDAccess, right?
Someone should take matters. To clear things up.
We can't refer to a fraud, if we still want to be honest, serious abandoneers.
