Whooot? It depend what soundcard you have or if you are using DosBox? If you are using DosBox you should choose 3. Creative Labs Soundblaster™ FM sound or if it doesn't work, choose number 5. Or if you don't have soundblaster, choose the card that you have. I guess you can try out all of them.

Go with 5. Sound Blaster Pro is better then "plain" SB.

the game probably uses midi based stuff judging from the options

try option 7. It works you have potentially great music

dosbox doesn't have mt32 support as far as i know and even if it did, you'd need the mt32 control roms (which i can't link to for legal purposes)
