I remember in the early 2000s on PC there was a futuristic racing surfer game that happens in cities instead of the water and these surfers could fly. It had power ups and you could shoot the other players. I remember there was one of the players was a blond girl with pigtails - I think she was called Angel. All surfers had some sort of protective glove on one of the arms. Do you know the name of this game?
