I read that Ea has bought the rights to NFL!. Does this mean otehr developers can't make NFL games? They even did the samething with Basket and Baseball. Luckely the NBA rejected there offer. have to wait for the MLB answer.

Forget EA, it's VU we should be worried about.

Though VU dosn't screw up games! Look what they have: HL2, Blizzard Games, ect. and EA destroyes developers: Westwood, Bullfrog, Maxis.

Yeah, but VU's not just into games, for example, they own a significant share of some water companies in Europe.

They don't own that much of the water industry right now, but it's the industry they're currently tring to expand, films and television is what they own the most of, alongside the games. You'll have to check for exact details but they're huuuuuuuge and still growing.
