Hi there,
it is not possible for me to get COK to run, because as soon as I want to save my newly created character it says: "error during saving 3HAL1" or something like that. Has anyone any idea what this could mean and how to solve this? I already removed the writing protection of the files, so basically it should be able to save everything. Any help would be much appreciated! |

I remember having the same problem though much time has passed,more than 6 years. I think it must have something to do with the program trying to write in the disk drive. Try to change the settings, it must be in a file.

Been a while since I fiddled with this gem, but I do recall that you can change the save game drive to C:/ so that's what you should do... open krynn.cfg or champions.cfg or any file that ends with .cfg and read it thru.
