Well I have something similar on one of my (not often listend too) CDs... The background music is just on bagpipes, but there's no singing, just a preachy voice reciting the lyrics. I'll try to find it

Im 16....But I don´t know......I´we been that since I was small....I have a pic of me in a uniform when I was about 3-4 years old
