I just bought the CD version on ebay. It has the full voices, i'd put it up for download if it were legal.

Thumbs down

help!!! I was playing search for cetus with dosbox, I got all the way to the point I was helping the apartment residents. I was swimming up to the surface to help gregarious (sp?) the manatee and my computer died. some blue screen came up saying that something had happened and that I needed to restart my computer and then it said something like "deleting physical memory: 13" and the number kept climbing. so i hit restart and when it started back up i saw a flash of the same screen and my computer restarted itself, this happened over and over again!! what happened?? and how do i fix it?!

I noticed that on the review page it says that the game is compatible with Windows XP. That isn't true. I own the CD version and have tried running it many times on Windows XP. The game runs but you just get a black screen most of the time.

My game crashes in the dark cave with the brick wall. When I take the thing between the rocks after I have removed the bricks, the game crashes. I am using DosBox 0.65.

Games don't work indentically on every XP-equipped system.
Also, the compatibility tag only means the game will run in that system - not that it will run flawlessly.
This is why we advise most people to use DosBox to run these games.

Not many people seem to be listening to you when you say, "Use it under DOSBox!". LOL

Or are they?

Sadly, they don't. That's what I have this hammer-stamp for.
One swing, and they'll remember it every time they look in a mirror.
