the game in question was not made for PC (to my knowledge) and the quote is not as much said as badly sytesysed sound effect (still I think anyone who hears it would recognise the words). it's allso the only thing ever said.

correct, Warcraft III actully, its in the intro where the orc and human fight, when an infernal crashs into the ground from the sky (narriator says: "When the sky rained fire").
