But, if we lived in some sort of bizzaro universe where the PSX was impossible to find and only the Gamecube update was in stores, then yeah, the PC version could be considered abandoned because giving away a crummy PC port isn't going to hurt the sales of the vastly superior GCN version. By the by: Who comes up with these console abbreviations? Where is the “x” in Playstation? Or the “n” in Gamecube, for that matter? Stupid gaming press… |

The N in Gamecube stands for Nintendo. Playstation peeps are just st00pid.
I agree with you, that's basicly what I was trying to say. |

Mmm, every now and then I boot up my Resident Evil PS disk to laugh at the atrocious intro.

That movie wasn't really that bad I remember, I mean, it wasn't great.
But at least it had some good action. P.S. The voice acting in RE 1 sucked big time, to the point of being annoying.

I have the original CDs for Resident Evil 2 for Windows. I've played it once. (with both character). That was several years ago, and I have never wanted to play it again. The game isn't good enough for that. Perhaps I'll try it again after some more years, when I have completely forgotten everything.
The game is good and very very addictive! (But only when you haven't played through it. After that it just gets repetive in my oppinion.)
