Er no, I think your body would still tell you that your nails are being pried off Mr. Egonicos.
The way it works is that it deters minor pain, it realizes that there's no importance of telling you that you need to pay attention.
The whole thing behind pain is that your body is trying to tell you something is wrong. If someone pokes you with a pin, your brain will start to realize "OMFG THAT TEH GAY! N00B U CAN DO BETTAR!" But if it's extreme, you'll know something's happening.

I find it funny that you can say "Blood-Piggy, oh Blood-Piggy" while attempting to stay smart, while misspelling my name, it has an extra G, that oversight doesn't go into the American Dictionary, Piliphicontritus.

Well then, if my comments bother you, next time you want to shoot someone down, regardless of their skill, please think about it first. It's unpleasant to some people. The content of my post isn't the focus, but the implications. I really don't care about physical pain or whatever, but try to keep others in mind. And if you're going to attack me for it, just, don't. I doubt I'll bother responding. I've stated my views.
