Even while playing the tuba, they still do the "Did I leave the oven on?" thing every once in a while - even when under the control of the spirit of jazz ("Ow! Why didn't you tell me my hat was on fire?" "I thought that was your look.") they're still charmingly concerned about domestic appliance energy costs/fire risks.
