To Serve and To Protect
I have been looking all over the net for this game it's called "To Serve and To Protect". It's a pretty old dos game I can only found the shareware version I have even tried to register one time but the owner of the game never answered. Image of the game
 In the game you play the police chief and can decide every thing from taxes to what punishment you want to give the criminals. Have been looking for it as long as I can remember. |

It's a great simulator game... I know you can get it there but it's only the shareware version I think.

The company is still alive, they do games for slot machines and other kind of stuff. It's abandoned
 However I don't think it will be easy to find a full copy around.
