I saw this earlier, but I don't believe in this conspiracy theory.

Reasons?

This is simply too large for couple of men to organize it without possible leak of information.

But, only thing that really is making me confusing is Bush's reaction on forming of 9/11 commission and multiple tries to shut it down.
