Anybody know how to get around the copy protection? The exe file that came in the zip does not patch it correctly...any work arounds? Anybody have a PDF of the manual?

Thanks!

And has Sprite tried to just press Enter or type in _any_ sequence at the protection screen?

Yup. Tried blank, tried guessing. Loaded up multiple times. When the patch is ran it cannot patch correctly...any ideas?

And, I'm running in Dosbox as well.

Thanks!

Are you sure you've got this game? From this site? Not something that just sounds alike...
You're the only one thus far with this problem. The game we put up never even asks for copyright protection.

Uh-huh. Especially since it's my own copy, and I just re-checked that it does not need any protection codes...

Maybe try getting this very package we have up here?

I cannot get the game to run - it keeps asking for a word from the manual

Does it? Well, try googling for "pinball fantasies" and "manual" and click on "I'm feeling lucky". That'll take you to a site which has a scan of the manual.

UnZiping doesn't work in Debian Linux/GNU. Unlike the winows users I can't run WinZip.

@ betelgeuze:
hmmm, isn't there any compatible software capable of handling zipped files for
debian linux? otherwise i think you won't be able to decompress the archive...
