Run it in DOSBox, which is what you were supposed to do in the first place (pay attention to the compatibility icons on the game page).

misnamed game
Heads up guys, this game is *not* Ultimate NFL Coaches Club Football. It is simply NFL Coaches Club Football (from 1993).
Ultimate NFL Coaches Club Football was released in 1994, and you can find a copy of it right here (hosted at archive.org): https://archive.org/download/Ultimat...ltfootball.zip Notice the title screen actually says ultimate, as well as the fact the files are dated properly to 1994 in this archive. |

Thanks for your share, but the version you linked is not a full game.
The game itself denies using some options saying that those arent available in the demo version. An attached readme speaks of a beta version. At least i got something to feed my frontend with, but a full version would be appreciated. |
