Old 90's educational game
Dear all,
I used to play two games when i was at school in the early 90's. i cant remember their name but i can give some descriptions to what they was about. if someone could tell me what they are i would love it. 1. A game where you was a archiologist and when you had found so many artifacts you would travel back to the time period and would have to walk around and collect things and solve the puzzles. was a point and click adventure. this was dos becuase it was early version of windows. 2. was a game where a machine would make things and you would have to solve puzzles and decide what went into the machine. also had a mad scientist. thats all i can remember. thanks for your time. |

First one reminds me of Timelapse. Though it's not educational, not from the early 90s (1996), it's not a point and click adventure like Dott but more like Myst or Riven and even for Windows ;-)
But you travelled through a portal in different ancient epochs (Maya, Egypt...) and had to solve puzzles. |

First one also sounds a bit like one of The Journeyman Project games.
