FYI: The CD is the normal (AKA: "full") version, the game on AB is the rip.

i'm asking because back in 1988 games werent released as cd versions - so my guess was that it was some kind of cd re-release maybe with stuff added...

dont makes sense to me when you have a 500 mb cd rip which is the same outcome as the 2 mb downloads on the web available.

CD release (or re-release, original was on 3 floppies) is from 1992.

As you can see for yourself if you download (the small) covers rar.

I think what Baracus is asking is if the CD version is different from the floppy version. Not in my experience, the CD just has demos and trailers, the actual game file size is almost exactly the same. Maybe they patched it for the CD release.

Post CD content

CD version has demo of LEXI-CROSS and CD-Audio tracks. They sound as recorded from MIDI files. Probably good for someone, who had sound card with poor MIDI support.
