you might notice that I'm not a friend of a ton of icons. One of the reasons I stick with XP are the useful button bars there (they removed them in crap 7)

#1 I used it for years and friends even mocked me about it because I used it that long. But I love it. Now on 1920x1080 it unfortunally looks a bit bad (compared to 1024x768). It's a screenshot I took from the ST: DS9 Episode "Penumbra". you can also see the button bars there. note: I reinstalled my pc yesterday so there's not much in these folders as yet. (sorry _r.u.s.s. no p0rn for u )



#2 is a pretty cool concept art I found on Eidos' Site for Deus Ex: human revolution.

#3 don't ask me where I found it but it shows the 3 protagonists from Samurai Champloo. have the same picture on my Samsung Wave as background.

Got them all on rotation (on of the more interesting crap 7 features adapted to XP) so they can be considered as my actual desktop. (there are some more but these are the ones I like at most)

Well I really like dark wallpapers sometimes, they can add a nice mood. I like my desktop to look clean more than anything.
