im glad to see the majority think he is guilty. he has been under investigation scince 1989. the secret room should be a bit of a sighn to all those who think he is innocent.

well, after all he DID admit: i was in bed with children (boys...) so he IS paedophilliac!!!

so he IS guilty, isn't he?

is there so much difference on rubbing your body to children, or rubbing CERTAIN PARTS of the body of/on children?

but apart from me not liking him anyway, i don't care much... after all many artist's preferrance tend to VERY young girls (me, not being really an artist, not excluded... )

He did admit that but he also stated it was not sexual, also he was never proven to have forced anyone into his bed, and also it was NEVER a secret.. As for the secret room, this doesnt mean anything either. He could have showed the room to the kid. I bet a majority of famous people have a secret room in there estates. I'm not saying this cause I believe that he's inocent, I'm just pointing out that all the evidence in the case was hear-say and circumstantial. With a good legal team, which he had, there was a strong path for defence.

I believe, from what little I've heard, the jury believed MJ was in fact a paedophile, but they had to prove, beyond a reasonable doubt, that he had abused this teen when the boy was 13 years old.

They got the impression, mainly from the boy mother's testimony, that she did it just for money. They got the impression she had put her own child in harm's way to sue MJ later for millions and millions.

From the evidence they saw, the jury could not decisively come to the conclusion that MJ had abused this boy.

And that was what this case was all about. Not about MJ's lifestyle, but whether he had abused this boy when the kid was 13 years old.

Remember, the time of witch and communists trials is over, people.

See there is a flaw in this. The mothers intent is irrelevant. That's like saYing someone put a kid in a hungery tigers cage, so the tiger is not guilty cause the mother was intentionally trying to have the tiger put down. If the jury thought he was guilty and didn't convict him then they are guilty of dereliction of duity as far as I'm concerned..

That's a very interesting point. Have you seen "The Insider", with Russel Crow? This movie illustrates your point very well I think.

I am really disappointed about nowadays Jackson. When you look at his good old clips and listen to his good old songs (Beat it, Billie Jean...) your heart is bleeding. I think many people here will agree with me, that when he was black he looked much better than now. What forced him to make himself white?
