You can actually run quite a lot of games of Linux using Transgaming or even Wine.
I'm still running a dual-boot PC btw, but this has more to do with the fact that 3dS MAX, Maya, AutoCad 2005 and ArchCAD 9 don't run in Linux (I must admit though I haven't really giving installing them all a try because I couldn't be bothered). |

Yeah there are ways no doubt, but that would require more learning rather just take the lazy/easy way out least for me anyway. :bleh:

I'd definitely do it. Faster, more stable, way more secure. And the "learning to use it" isnt a problem since I already have to use it every day at uni (I.T. student)
But I'm too much into the latest games, so I have to stay with XP. |

Linux is not hard to use, just get a good distribution like ubuntu or debian and install it, they all come with a desktop so there is not a lot you need to learn.
