They may have a bad reputation, but charity shops PWN!

Last Express, boxed with manual, for ?2.00? Yes please!

They also had Toonstruck for ?3.00. I didn't get it because I wasn't sure how easy it'd be to get to run, but since I have to return a faulty copy of Shenmue II to a shop nearby (Well, I say faulty- they put the wrong bloody disc in the case), I may pick it up when I go back.

So, yeah. Last Express. Cheap, and very VERY good.

BTW, apparently The Longest Journey is on the Xplosiv budget range here in the UK- so why does nowhere sell it? I went into 5 shops that carried Xplosiv games today- none of them had TLJ. My Great P&C Adventures collection must be complete!

I got an XPLOSIV TLJ for 49 :- (~ ?3.00 ) at a regular shop last week. :Brain:

I'm going to go hunting for Robin Hood - Legend of Sheerwood and Feeble files when I have the time.

If British charity shops rock, what about Berlin flea markets?

Only recently I got Quake 1 and Hexen, box original boxes with manual and all, near mint condition, both for €1. Now how about that? :Titan:

About 3 weeks ago I managed to pick up a copy of 3 games which included:

Full Throttle
Outlaws
Shotgun Total War

Glad I saw this and that I picked it up.

Where'd you manage to find them?

I actually found an original copy of Ultima 7 at a yard sale, box, manual, even the little map that came with it.

I found that particular pack, at a local rental place, Blockbuster video, they were selling those 3 games for $9.99, good deal. In these packs, the only bummer about it was that they had a $2 buck thing bundled into the pack, for a future purchase, but it was expired

Now if I can just find a copy of Curse of Monkey Island in a bundle like that, I'd be happy.
