A charity shop near where I work has the Zork Legacy Collection for ?3.50
It supposedly includes Zork Nemesis, Return to Zork, and the Zork Anthology which has the five text games.

But, the four-disc case only has three discs, all of which are labelled Zork Nemesis (with roman numerals beneath).

So, is there, as would appear to be the case, supposed to be a missing fourth disc which has the other six games?

I found Zork - Grand Inquisitor for ?4 on the shelfs of some of the regular game stores. I've read all good stuff about it. Maybe I'll pick it up the next time I'm downtown.

Z:GI is sitting on my bed at the moment - I might get round to reinstalling it at some point.

I'd be wary of that thing from the charity shop, though I'm not sure nemesis would take up 3 discs.

The Nemesis I own occupies 2 discs, don't take that as a guarantee though.

EDIT: Woops, no, it's actually 3 discs, I just checked again. Grand Inquisitor was the one on 2 CDs.

I've got a 3 disk Zork Nemesis and a 2 disk Zork: GI. I've heard that Zork has been released on DVD with improved graphics and sound. Has anyone heard about this one?

I knew about this collection bundle, but declined to buy it as I already have Zork Nemesis (3CD), MasterPiece Release of Return to Zork (1CD), and The Zork Anthology (1CD).

So, I believe, it ought to be 5 CDROMs in this collection.

wendymaree: I recently got the DVD version of Zork: GI and no doubt the graphics and the digital sound are greatly improved and retouched, but the graphics are only compatible with high end graphic cards, such as GeForce 4, 5 and 6.
