Well first we only had an art forum. People started to post a lot about music, so we decided to split the forums in 2. Now that there is one person who wants to share his writing, which I think is very cool, we won't open a complete new section for that particular person. When however there are more people starting to post their lyrics / copywriting, we might consider to create a new subdivision for writing.

You mean posts? I may not have started the topic, but I have done my best to support the topic starter's suggestion.

Edit: Maikel, that's just my point. New people are less likely to post writing threads on a board that appears to be made for the visual arts. Even a minor change to the Art board description may be enough to fix that.

Then they won't place writing threads there. It's up to them. But if you have some writing to post there, feel free to do that.
Btw., I think this discussion starts to become pointless...

Threads like this become useless when someone proves a point and everyone else is too ashamed to admit it or keep fighting a losing battle.

To admit what? That people would less likey post theirs writing-threads in the art section? I think they can say that themselves, too.
No need to fight a battle here, it's a forum, not a battlefield. You placed your opinion, we got it. You've been given an answer. Not enough for you?..
