Ok, heres the deal. After i get the keys from karyn and then get the stuff in the cabinet, i went to the pleasure dome and do the stuff there. i then go to chen lu's and do the stuff there. then, when its 8:30, time for the date with karyn, i try to go to her house on the map, but then the game shuts down. whats goin on, man?!?! im so frustrated i could crap a gerbil. not really though. but help.

did you try it more than once ? and maybe with an older savegame

well, actually, its happened at different times. like if i dont go to karyns and go somewhere else, it does the same thing. and iv tried restarting the game and doing it all over, but it still shuts down.

the exact same thing is happening to me when I try to go to karen's house, every time.

I had the same problem, (also with Martian Memorandum) but then I played them through VDMsound and the problem just went away.

(I usually used dosbox, but ever since then I'm a VDMgirl )

i could never get rise of the dragon to work well on a dos machine in the first place! it would reboot all oer the place
