I'm also a "mister nice guy", but there is times that I can get angry. I don't try to let my agressivity loose on people tough, that's pretty much the other way. If I become angry enough to actually want to yell to someone (which is extremely rare) then I just back off. That's the best course of action.

As for favours, I usually only do that kind of stuff for friends. But then it's hard for me to refuse without a good reason, if not impossible.

Not much I could add really. I mostly agree with Mentor (whoever he is - BTW Welcome if I haven't said that to you before).
There's a saing here (this is a rough translation):
It's not X who's making you angry. He's just the way he is. It's you who are getting angry because you can't stand him.
This means that you should change your preception of the world, but why not? Everybody has the right to be an a$$hole, but if that bothers you and makes you misserable - why resist changing yourself?
I know it's almost impocible to feel as a daisy, but that doesn't mean you can't be nice all the time. You can be - that's called manners (I know I'm not nice all the time - at least not to everybody), but it's possible. That doesn't mean you mustn't get angry, just don't act upon your anger - keep calm and let it pass, it not worth getting a high blood preasure over some people that just hit your nerve.

I wouldn't say I get angry, i get irritated and have strong desires to thin the gene pool. I just can't stand stupidity. I don't mind so much when people are mean, though, because I can be mean a lot as well. I couldn't possibly be nice all the time.

It's not possible to be nice all the time, different people have diferent perceptions of what is being nice, you might be being offensive to someone when you're being nice. There is no one, and I mean no one, unless they have defied human nature and evolved into the next stage of evolution, can be nice their entire life.
