This may have been asked before, but I'm just dropping a message by while it's fresh in my mind;

a.) Why has no-one added multiplayer details to the games?
It means that, currently, selecting a multiplayer option as a search criterion returns zero results - if it's such a huge job that no-one can be bothered to do it, I'll gladly go through the games myself - at least they'd get done eventually.
Surely members of the community can also submit game details?

b.) While the search facility will surely be useful when it has something to search for, the current options for multiplayer searches are quite sparse.
Hot-Seat multiplayer is a good option, and should stay, but Network and Online could conceivably be the same thing.

A more sensible set, perhaps, would be Hot-Seat, Simultaneous, Internet, IPX, LAN.
(Although this leaves only small amounts of room to include play-by-email or modem play).

As I said, it's probably been mentioned - but it irks me that the system is there and working, but has nothing to search for.

As far as I know doesn't work any search criteria.

The theme and other criteria aren't added yet either. We still haven't fixed a couple more critical problems with the site (IMO the upgrade was kind of rushed anyway), and they have priority.

I'm not sure whether that will be possible or not. If it will, the submitted info will still have to be approved by the staff, otherwise we could expect a real lot of problems (as in: thousands of bored kids with no brains nor manners, convinced they can behave on the Internet however they want with complete impunity, whose favorite occupation is typing several dozen swear words a minute).

I agree that the multiplayer classifications could be changed, altough I see it a little differently (For modes of play: turn-based, simultaneous turns, real-time; For connection types: Hot-Seat, LAN, Internet, the last one including PBEM and modem connection)

That just means that you can type in whatever you like, not necessarily the full game name, and the search engine will find anything that matches that criteria, if available
In other works, the search engine seems to be working.

first of all. yes, that's whaet you did in first case as well o_O

and then no, they are not. use the game filter and everything else except the name search does not work

I meant criteria like "Adventure" or "Arcade", or mixed criteria like "rpg + Top Down".
A good filter is important to offer games
