yes i know i need VDMsound and i got that and soundfix,

but its still not working properly, i also got dosbox, i can play the game thats not the problem.

for VDMSound i just rightclick the game and did "run with VDM"

and didnt work, also going in config with "run with VDM"didnt work

can someone tell me exactly, step by step what to do?

Run SETSOUND.EXE and set both sound and music to Sound Blaster 16 (let the program autodetect rest of the settings).
