Default Treasure of the Day!

I just got a Windows 3.1 computer tower (with full DOS support) at my town's elementary school's annual rummage sale for $1! Now I'll be downloading from Abandonia a LOT more often!

I also got a Gamecube, Genesis, and PSOne there for $5.

My elementary school had Pentium I and IIs if I'm correct. We were using Windows 95 which was quite slow, it took nearly a minute for Word to load. But still, someone has hidden Wolfenstein 3D on one of them, which ran smoothly... oh yeah. By the way I still have my chinese pirate copy of NES (you know, the one with those yellow cartridges). It's just awesome. I also had a SNES (without controllers or games, so mom trashed it... I just can't get over it), a C64, and a Pong-like home videogame in which every games were made out of white lines and a white dot on green background. All of them got trashed except the NES clone...

Have fun playing with your stuff^^ FF7 must be awesome on the PS1.

Too bad I can't stand turn-based RPGs :P

There was another good deal like this that I got three years ago. I found a NES (original toaster model) and SNES with 10+ games for each system, two controllers for each system, all the required hookups, and some extras, all for $10 marked down from $15! I bought it and still have that stuff to this day.

The major games included were:
All four SNES Mortal Kombat games
Legend of Zelda (NES Golden Cartridge)
Super Mario Bros. 3
Super Mario World
Donkey Kong Country
